I visited this location at the suggestion of other shooters and friends. I'm a fairly new shooter and was looking for some information about triggers and other after market parts. I found the staff very friendly. They took the time to answer my questions and spent a reasonable amount of time with me. After my visit I did some additional research and found their information to coincide with what others were using and what I was looking for. This boosted my confidence in purchasing from them. I spent more than I had intended, I don't mind spending more if the service is top notch. Caleb, Kevin and Benny in my opinion, are what I look for in a specialty store, knowledgeable and patient. I was given options and allowed to make my own decision. Based on their suggestions and the research I did I purchased a new trigger. They were able to install it right away. I have purchased on line in the past, having the items shipped. I feel taking the time to visit AIM in person is worth the drive as I live a decent distance from the store. There are other items on my wish list, I will visit them again when it's time. Great job gentlemen. I will recommend AIM to others.

Store is well stocked with not only firearms but other important equipment like first aid supplies and a wide variety of fairly priced ammo. Kenji was extremely personable and very knowledgeable on not only the stock in the store, but the firearms industry as a whole, and went above and beyond to share some of that knowledge with me. Would highly recommend to any gun owners, first time or experienced.

Great customer service. Bought several items for an AR build, one of which was a lower parts kit. Unfortunately, realized mid-build that there wasn't a buffer retaining pin spring like the online description said. Reached out to the business by email, got a quick response, and an even quicker replacement. Thanks to Matt and Sasha for helping me out!

I went in recently to check out some LEO Trade-In's. I dealt with Sasha and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole purchase process. Even though they were swamped with customers, he was very diligent and took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. It is always an enjoyable experience visiting the showroom and I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Love this place! Hunter told me about this sweet charging handle I bought. Was able to get in last minute after work. I wanted to come to AimDay but will miss out unfortunately. Thankfully the staff was helpful and as I heard from Hunter today was “It’s never a bad time to visit a gun store” This guy is always smiling and willing to help every time I have came in. Unfortunately I can rate higher than a 5/5 or else it would be off the charts. Highly recommend this for all levels of experience with guns and or firearm knowledge.
